After practising several times with recordings from our band, finally I found some well recorded tracks on this site.Thank you.
My first public mix ever please don't be too kind.

Mixed in Cubase 5LE with Mackie HUI.
Aiwa HiFi tower as monitor.
Tips and tricks are welcome.
Thanks Roel

Hi Roel ,
I Like your mix ,it sounds pretty well balanced on my monitors, the vocals and mainly the guitars sounds a little honky around the 650-700 hz area .The kick has a lot of loose low sub frequencies below 30 hz which find usually rolling off everything below 30-40 and helps free up headroom and eqing some boxy frequencies around the somewhere 130-300hz area to give the bass some more room.
The vocals sound a little thin and may need to come up a touch with some more de-essing around the 8-10 k area.
Just some thoughts listing on ns10's Please take my guesses with a grain of salt as I'm due to have another shot at this cool song soon.

Cheers Big Grin
