Come Around - Mixing is more fun than not sleeping
#1
Hello mixer friends!

I couldn't sleep and thought I'd have a go mixing one of the tracks here.

Come Around seemed like an interesting test.

Here's my mix.

Thoughts?

Nice mix! I like what you did to the lead vocal as well. The guitars sounded very nice. I don't have any negative criticism. Well done!

I like the dreamy guitars. The overall energy feels really good. I think a few of the midrange peaks on the guitars could be tamed a bit. It has a touch more reverb than my preference, but you still struck nice balance with the route you went with. Good job.
