The mix has a bit of a polished synthetic quality to it.

Mix can be considered good but I can hear some compressor pumping too much a times. The trumped was quite emphasized in this mix, I don't say it's a bad thing to do but it gives impression of another musical genre, not the funk music.

I can hear some playing with reverb panning on some instruments (it's a good compromise between soaking everything in heavy reverb and leaving everything dry).
Kick drum almost unchanged (original boxy sound which may seem to suit this mix), bass plays in the background.

Overall well done.

One of the nicest mix around of this song! Great job!

The only thing i would point out is the lack of strength in the bass. I feel it could fill the low end a little bit more.

By the way, i like your first mix better.
