Not bad at all I like it,just some thoughts while listening.
Maybe bring the bass guitar down a a couple of db somewhere around 150 and below Did you do a boost at 50Hz ?.The panned strumming the acoustic is poking out of the mix a touch.
Not an easy mix for me ,still working on version 2 if you have any ideas.

Thanks thedon i must admit i was not so sure about the bass before i posted the mix so iam glad you noticed the same thing with the bass,the strumming gtr i did not noticed so thanks again for your honesty,thats why 2 pairs of ears are better than one in mixing,any way as usual i have done another mix and iam sure you will let me know what you think,i will do a review on your mix very soon,thanks again.

Listening to version 2 ,the guitar is sitting better now , the bass still sounds a touch upfront but a personal taste thing Big Grin.
