Hi zero-two,

A couple comments that are more personal preferences rather than criticisms:

1) Acoustic rhythm guitar is a bit too loud
2) Rhythm guitar and piano panned too wide
3) Percussion too quiet
4) The repeats/delay on the lead vocal are too loud and distracting
5) The delay on Acoustic Guitar #2, right before the break, is PERFECT. It's an unexpected point of interest that makes you say "Hey, that was nice."

For me, I like the little one time sonic surprises that make me want to replay the song and hear the effect once again.

These are the few things that i noticed.
1. rhythm guitars are too far from center.
2. Bass is too loud.
3. Vocals are beautifully mixed.
4. acoustic guitars sound super clean too.

P.s these are just my opinions. i am fresh to this kind of genre so these point may vary from listener to listener

I Like your both of your versions ,I like the full sound and punch of the drums and snare ,one thing i really have to fix on my mix !
A Touch full in the bottom especially after listening to similar music in similar genere.
