I like the sound of the vocals. The lead vocal sound in the first verse is cool but, it's strange that that never comes back again. I think the balance of the song's Form would gain if you repeat it for the same section in the second verse.
It seems almost obvious to feature bass and vocals for this song but I would bring up all the other elements. There's lot's of emotion coming from little details and things helping the groove that won't hurt those featured.
Check my mix, and comment. It will be appreciated.
