Overall mix may be very good but your sub is very loud. It masks the overall sound for those who can hear it.
Cheap way to check low end if the room and speakers can't make it: Free Blue Cat frequency analysis tool (or similar), and superb mixing headphones (HD 600). Check constantly with meters how the low end is in similar reference mixes, and compare it to yours. Verify with good headphones. Some pro-mixer has said that HD 600 are his life insuarance for low end. Or something like that.
