I was totally convinced by your metal mix, i'm not as much with this one ...
I'll try to tell you why and stay objective in my critics.

First thing that jumps to my ears is the relative impact of the chorus compared to verses, it seems lower... i would expect the chorus to climb to another level in the dynamic progression and i find it "small". Maybe your master is too compressed and erases the dynamic of the verse, where there are more textures and sounds than in the verses.

I'm not a big fan of you delay on lead vocal, a little too high in volume i think.

The end fade out is a little brutal too.

I'm not telling the mix is bad, the balance is good, the reverb on the vocal is beautiful, the guitar tone is very woody, and i love it like that. I just don't get "into" the song and can't take my ears to a "listener level".. that's an important point that tells me something is wrong...
