My take on this track. Opened up the song a bit softer than the producer had in mind. Copied the basstrack from somewhere else to achieve that. One experiment that turned out well was the mute of the drum room track during first verse. Another was the triggering of some tom samples. First time for me. Hard to get them to fit sonically to the original kit. Didn´t want to replace kick and snare.
Another thing that turned out good was the mute of some "rythm" guitars during electric solos.
At the end I think it got pretty decent. What do you Think?
