It's been a while since I've listened to this one but I'm pretty sure some of the guitars and vocals are out of time and need to be realigned. I think it's something like Guitars 3-10 and the last 4 vocal tracks (the screams) need to be moved back the same amount. I can't recall how far. Check the reference mix.
