Thanks! I putt the verb as an insert on the buss (going for the band in a room sound) and have all the tracks going through it and a healthy dose of compression following that so it became more difficult to get subtle with the wet-dry mix.
Just occurred to me that since it’s the Ocean Way plug-in I could bring the mics in closer and that should remove some of the room tone.
