That was not and easy mix to do, but balance-wise you are right, the biggest problem that I'm hearing are the vocals. They are to harsh and have to much middle to top-end, they are to bright for that genre of music, not the clear vocals, the lead one.
You could give the snare a little more body and top-end, they feel to boxy.
