What was your approach to dealing with the extensive volume automation and edits that were done before it came to us?

Are you aware of the significance this automation has on your insert chains, group busses and master buss?

Hi!

I tried to mix around the vocals. I set a volume to start and began to balance the different tracks we had. Once I placed each instrument in its sonic space I always try to automate volume so there's movement in the song.

However, I did not know how to work with an acoustic song of this style.

What are your thoughts?
