Hey this is my first time mixing someone else's song, and pretty much my second mix ever.

How could I improve this or future mixes?

Hey dude, sounds a hell of a lot better than my second ever mix thats for sure lol, first thing i noticed is the bass guitar is a bit too loud, during the more energetic parts the guitars and other instrumentation feel slightly drowned out, vocal reverb is also maybe a little bit too strong for the song. Are you doing any compression on the whole mix? It sounds like theres a little bit of 'pumping' during the chorus sections, overall however, as i said, for your second ever mix, it sounds good!
