Southern Sirens - Rachel - mjuzikus - 22-02-2015 It is my mix of this beautiful song. Thanks for comments RE: Southern Sirens - Rachel - Jacques - 22-02-2015 Hi! The first thing it come in my mind is that there is too much reverb on vox and also she need some de-essing...put it first in the chain and find the right freq to be de-essed: try between 4500/6000/12000 Hz, or use a EQ spectrum viewer and look where it is. Probably you gonna have to go a bit heavy with it but don't be afraid...I think everybody here have problem with those "s" On the beginning of the song you should clean does noises. For the rest nice work All best Jacques Moretti RE: Southern Sirens - Rachel - mjuzikus - 23-02-2015 I love 's' in this song. There is de-essing on vocal but i like too much reverb in this situation. It creates a dramaturgy RE: Southern Sirens - Rachel - Jacques - 25-02-2015 (23-02-2015, 06:36 PM)mjuzikus Wrote: I love 's' in this song. I see what you mean but now the reverb make her vocal sit in the back, just some dB down and it will fit better and vocal will be a little bit more forward... for the "s" you love it ok, but try to put another de-esser and see if you'll love them more All best Jacques Moretti |
