black bloc mix - zstojkov - 05-08-2014

It's remind me of Gang of four from early '80 but I try to bring some modern power , especially in rhythm section

tell me what you think about my mix. I would really like to know

Yeah this is REALLY like GOF, also kinda reminds me of a band called Shriekback, which, so i believe the bass player from GOF joined. this track kinda reminded me of this a little in parts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBg5SoHajoI

Your mix is very biased to the right hand side of the stereo spectrum which makes it a little difficult to listen to properly, your balance and eq/compression sound pretty good but again it's difficult to judge properly because of the stereo imbalance..... would like to hear it again once that's sorted though as i suspect it might be quite good with a more 'conventional' approach to panning Big Grin
