Semantics - bmullen - 02-06-2014 Thanks for the listen and any feedback RE: Semantics - jeremias666 - 18-09-2014 The balance is ok. I would like the kick drum a little less plastic sounding and more rounder. The bass could have more hi mids or maybe less honky mids. The guitars could be a little louder or maybe have more mids/hi mids. RE: Semantics - elenaiwilliams - 18-09-2014 Hmm, definitely the bass is what I like the most on this mix, very nice tone. Guitars are a bit thin for my taste, but then again I'm a big fan of boosting the mids on guitars, some like it better without mids, it's a matter of taste mostly. The good thing about your guitars lacking mids though, is that the bass cuts right through the mix. I like how you've used some of the DI guitars as clean guitars instead, nice touch. RE: Semantics - jeffd42 - 18-09-2014 Nice mix! RE: Semantics - mitchbandel - 23-12-2014 Good job! Level relationship is really nice between everything RE: Semantics - wurstdrummer - 28-12-2014 That's a nice mix, I love it! The kick's a bit clicky, but it's really well-balanced and tight. Keep it up! RE: Semantics - bmullen - 28-12-2014 Thanks for the feedback |
