Resurrection SLASHMIX..Advice... - slash123 - 23-05-2014 Hi all, I post my mix (no mastering), I'd love to know what you think, advice and criticism are welcome. Thank you, Slash123. RE: Resurrection SLASHMIX..Advice... - Skelpolu - 01-06-2014 Hey there Slash, This mix had me for quite a few minutes for several reasons: The mix starts out very, very quiet - The fade-in is a nice creative idea, but keep it a bit shorter as I was in need to increase volume with Audacity at some point. Well anyway, the mix itself is a bit out of balance in my opinion: The panning is crazy ( which can be good and bad, I'm not sure what to think about it - perhaps It's a bit too wildly spread out for Drum & Bass ) and the snare + kick could use a bit more punch and volume. Overall, I was surprised with the creative bridge, I really didn't expect that, but it sounds really good - Keep up the creativity! Cheers |
