Forkupines Semantics - DominikS - 06-05-2014 Hi, This is my version of the song. Cool song I think. Was fun to mix because its so dense. cheers RE: Forkupines Semantics - sano - 24-05-2014 Nicely balanced mix, great sounding guitars, sounds powerful. I think I can hear pumping on your master buss compressor, caused by the kick. Are you driving the kick hard into it? RE: Forkupines Semantics - Pedaling Prince - 25-05-2014 To be honest, this mix isn't really my taste. That being said, though, for fans of the punk rock genre I think this works really well! You've got a pretty distorted sound here, giving it that "garage band" feel, like it was a demo tape recorded by amateur artists, a sound that works with this kind of music. I did love that nice phasey sound you got on the vocals at 2:15 on the "how could you say" bridge. I feel the guitars at 3:05 come in a little strong but do actually sound pretty fine otherwise. Nice powerful ending! I could see this mix growing on me... |
