Love what you've done with the beats, effects, and bass (great sustained 'boom' close to the start!), but the vocal feels a bit congested to me, and that somehow distances me from the lyric. Great section dynamics -- you've made a lot of sense of this arrangement. Really like the way the sound fills out around 1:55 -- lovely, like wading through warm soup!
That shaker at 2:35-ish really adds to the dynamic too, and then it's a great drop into the section around 2:50. All that stuff really appeals. Brilliant the way the bass filter-sweep combines with the lyrics "shame" and "name" after that too.All round good stuff, really -- thanks for posting that!

Thanks for listening and your comments Mike. I agree with your comment about the vocal, now that you have pointed it out. I struggled to get the sound in my head, to the vocal on this one.
