Another Paramore-like mixes! - MystycalFanfare - 03-12-2013 Allright, so here's I try to make sounds punchy but (hopefully) still poppy for this kind of genre. I also try mix another Actions' song called "One Minute Smile." You can also check that out too! Any thought would be appreciated. Myst RE: Another Paramore-like mixes! - FXOjafar - 16-04-2015 I love the space in this mix. I also like the raunchiness of the guitars which could come up a lot and feature a bit more than the drums. RE: Another Paramore-like mixes! - loweche6 - 17-04-2015 Vox a tad too dark? I think you might be able to add a little of the guitars into the center track, just a touch, and I think it might achieve what FXO is looking for. Just make another guitar buss, send all of your gits and mono it out, and just bring it up a little bit. Don't forget to try phase switching the mono guitar track. Also, maybe add some more distortion on the same mono guitar buss. I like the mix, though. Just touch up the vox (maybe cut somewhere around 4-600?) a little, and I think you're pretty close to done. Good job man. Draper RE: Another Paramore-like mixes! - Gexx - 02-06-2015 good mix... , but the drums so much punchy.... , it feels like the drummer went berserk and mad though the song is calm... , but I like ur mix... Haha I get it! I just went to make it sound even with the band's other song here: http://discussion.cambridge-mt.com/showthread.php?tid=3080 So I'm using pretty much same templates. Thanks for comment. RE: Another Paramore-like mixes! - MystycalFanfare - 28-01-2016 (16-04-2015, 12:56 PM)FXOjafar Wrote: I love the space in this mix. Thanks for suggestions man. I will try it. Cheers! RE: Another Paramore-like mixes! - Merkytcio - 29-01-2016 Nice mix! But bass (may be) is little thin in verse? And overall tonal balance have more high in the chorus. |
