Joker, Jacks & Kings Mix. - dom3249 - 30-11-2013 Hey guys I'm 16 and new to all of this :p short story about me I've started mixing and mastering about a half a year ago and I am currently running: Reaper DAW EZMix Superior Drummer 2.0 Guitar rig 5 I record on my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 and playback runns through my M-Audio Studiophile AV40's anyway I hope I'll get some opinions on my mix and what to do and what not to do :p (btw I usually use the Reaper Comps. EQ's etc not EZMix) RE: Joker, Jacks & Kings Mix. - bmullen - 30-11-2013 Sounds like you are getting off to a great start. My only suggestions would be to maybe bring out a bit more of the upper mids in the vocals and maybe attempt to achieve a bit more separation between the kick and bass. |
