Shore - Mozart Mix - Mozart - 12-11-2013 I am new to this site and thought I would test my chops at this mix. I really like the song. It looks like there has already been a lot of activity on this song but would still appreciate if you would take a listen and provide feedback on the mix. Thanks, -kq RE: Shore - Mozart Mix - Tomi Te Taite - 12-11-2013 It seems no one is utilizing the way the vocal was recorded. It has two separate tracks, so why not pan hard L and R? I love the idea of LCR mixing. Good for stereo width and separation. And to me, there's still a lot of low mid resonance. Balance isn't bad. I'm just not getting excited with it, I know the track well, and was hoping for more, nothing really standing out. Keep up the good work. I see your only new to this site like myself. I'll keep in touch RE: Shore - Mozart Mix - Mozart - 12-11-2013 I enjoyed the Lead Vox spread in your mix, however, for my style of mixing I thought it was too aggressive. Thank you for the reply much appreciated. |
