Pretty Saro: "Carolina In The Pines" - Simonminke - 26-09-2019

Hello!
1st post.
Guess I've been too hard on the bass - I focused a lot on pulling out the great vocals. Only digital. Used a couple of hours.

Too much fun! Big Grin

[EDIT: New mix "Pretty Saro 'Carolina In The Pines'_1.mp3"]

RE: Pretty Saro: "Carolina In The Pines" - Dangerous - 27-09-2019

The mix is generally over bright and lacking in bottom end. This seems to be affecting the overall mix including the vocals. Not too sure on the distortion I'm hearing on the backing vocals either. Balances seem good but you may want to reference this against some similar commercial releases just to pull it in tonally.

Thank you! I agree.
I made a new mix with some of the mixes in here as reference, and with your feedback in my mind. Take a listen if you want. Cheers! Smile
