Promises & Lies - TheHitMan - 23-09-2019

Hello ! this is my humble attempt.

Thanks for listening !

your advice is welcome Smile

I like your version ,Good job taming the ringing resonant frequencies of the bass.
On the first listen I was thinking the Kick and snare sounded too dynamic and wanting more Bass Guitar and fullness in the lower Frequencies of The Guitars and Vocals
Second listen thinking if the Bass ,Guitar and Vocals were a little fuller in the Bottom end as dynamic as the Drums you are on a winner !

Nice Work.

Cheers Big Grin

Your vocals need more presence they are sounding a little masked and dull at the moment.
Drums are rocking you have nailed the sound for this style.
Guitars need some more bite and grit. Try compressing with a slower attack then limiting to bring them more forward in the mix.
