My first try- Thanks for listening - SonicTramp - 16-09-2019

Thank you for giving us the tracks to mix. I ran into this by accident. It is like an answered prayer. I have always dreamed of mixing the same song the pro did. One can learn so much (mostly the discovery of one's short-comings). I try and try and try some more to match those sample mixes but...

I'd love to know how the mysterious mixer did his snare. I don't have a lot of money but I do have an oz of ganja Wink

I love you for doing such a favor to us newbies. Thanks.

Btw, the mix is entirely in the box, AKG 712 cans, Duet 2

If you are specifically looking to learn how to mix metal and hardcore, Nailthemix.com is probably the best place to go. Helped me tremendously, especially the Periphery mixing session with Nolly: https://youtu.be/Oq62X1hQoFY
Or Tue Madsen mixing Meshuggahs guitars: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Xte6sUXjn0

They have a 1 Dollar trial so you can't go wrong with that one.
