MY ATTEMPT - PappaTiempo - 02-04-2019

Mixed this today. Please pick it apart. Horn bleed on top of Vox was a bit frustrating at the end of the track, but these where great tracks from a great group. Thanks for sharing.

Sweet. No criticism, it must be perfect. Thanks guys.

Inventive use of the two mics. I think it may go too far at times or maybe not far enough. Maybe duplicate the second vocal and take one up while the other was tuned down?
As for the horn leakage into the vocal mic I made some eq decisions based on that leakage. It worked for me. This is a trick I often use on tracks with leakage.
You've got a lot going on here. Tough to get a handle on it in a quick reply.

Over all it is not bad. It is unique and inventive and definitely gets the energy of the song.

Thanks for the words. Not sure which 2 mics you're referring to.
