This track was an April fools joke, right? Haha, no offence to anybody involved if it wasn't.

RE: Library Preview Mix - GinghamJones - 23-04-2019

Nope, it's a part of an album I wrote and recorded. I'm interested though, why did it come off as an April fools joke? I'm not a well-known or even somewhat-known artist so I like to hear what other people think about it whenever an opportunity arises.

It's not as mainstream as many of the productions in this library, and it's precisely for that reason that it's a valuable project for students of mixing.

Beyond that, I think it's fairly poor form of you to come to a free resource like this, and jeopardise the goodwill of the generous contributors who make its very existence possible. Just saying 'no offence', does not make what you said any less offensive, and I would appreciate your help in maintaining the positive and supportive atmosphere of the Discussion Zone in future.

Many thanks,

Mike Senior
