Nicely done. Your organ is well present in your mix. My only concern would be some midrange wonk on the bass which may be reverb. some masking going on there. Other than that this is a very good listen.

Hey, thanks for the replay.
You hit it spot on Wink
That was the one thing I wasn't sure about, and you confirmed it.
Thank you, it might indeed be the verb...
I hope I can get away with EQ the reverb on the low mids...

What monitoring are you using?

Compressors:
* SSL G-SERIES BUS COMPRESSOR (clone)
* 1176 clone x2 with stereo link
* UAD - 4-710d(1176 like with 2 modes, fast and slow)

RE: Santa Fe Mix - Roy - 22-03-2019

There's a bit of a "pinched" quality that I can't quite put my finger on. I kinda feel it around the guitars or hi hat. I don't know if it's some phase issue (were the individual amp mics panned opposite each other?) or maybe a reverb or effect that isn't set to 100% wet or whatever. Other than that the mix feels good.

RE: Santa Fe Mix - Rook - 25-03-2019

Really like your tone on the the guitars and organ. The hat is a bit too present for me. Otherwise, balance and depth of the mix is excellent.
