Bolz & Knecht: Braum's Hungarian Dance 5 Mix - lmat - 20-01-2019

Here is my mix. I realized that the balance couldn't be approached like a sonata (accompaniment and solo) as this piece is more of a duet between guitar and tenor saxophone, so they are on more equal footing, though I did keep the guitar somewhat below the saxophone.

I used automation to even out the guitar volume for the muted rhythm parts and at the end. And of course I applied reverb. For my ears, this piece needed to be performed in a performance hall, so I'm curious if others think I overdid it here.

Let me know what you think!
