MTM - MiximusMaximus - 03-01-2019

I so dig these forums where you can hear so many different takes on the same tune. I don't work in this genre hardly ever except live on occasion, so this was a hoot to work on. There is nothing like a horn section to blow your skirt up. I worked on this mix here and there over the Christmas holiday and between clients. It certainly was fun to mess with.

I have now added a 2nd mix with a little less bite on the mix. I think it has a little less presence on the 2nd version which seems to help in the horn parts, especially trumpets.

Real Nice MM. Horns are possibly a little edgy at times but otherwise great work.

Thanks for giving it a listen. I did quite a bit of cutting on the horns in the edgy department. They were/are tough to tame.
