Hi Spandex,
I think your balance the song structure is very good. I'm just hearing some resonances and frequency build ups that need to be cleaned up. The one at around 190-200hz is probably the main one thats clouding the mix over, with another at around 110hz. I'm noticing the vocal becoming a little honky at around 530hz also. If you can find the root cause and clear some of these up I think you'll have a pretty good mix. Referencing may help. Good work.

No 2 Up... excellent ears dave, ive done about +-4db drops on some of the frequencies around about where you mentioned, i hope this solves the issue. thanks for the feedback
