Nova-One Studio's - Four Graham - Felipe Marciano - 07-05-2018

Hello Guys!
This is my mix.
Mixed in box.
Using: Pro Tools 11, Plugins Waves, Pro tools native and some of the t-racks in the master. I had to replace in the kick (it was too bad) and I used a booster sample in the snare (snare was missing constancy).
Hope you like it and give me your feedback!

Nice job EQing guitars, choice of kick sample is decent, but there's too much reverb on vocals. So much that it sounds separated from the rest of the mix. Maybe this is also because vocal part is too loud, instrumental mix often gets masked behind it. I even guess you don't use a proper technique of applying reverb to tracks, but rather set it up on each track individually. This approach will always ruin your mixes, use a dedicated bus and sends instead.
