Muffled is my first thought. The bass, perhaps, most responsible there.
Also, although you've treated the vocals with some effects, the other instruments seem quite dry, so there isn't a coherent soundstage created.
Dynamics could be expanded, which will happen naturally if you get each of the instruments to find their own place in the mix in terms of EQ and front-to-back depth.
