first practice mix - bassmothership - 29-03-2018 This is my first practice mix done alongside with a copy of Senior's Mixing Secrets. I just wanted to get the best balance that I could through compression and EQ. I wonder if I've accomplished this. I didn't do any automation, etc. I only added some little sweetening with blend/sustain reverb plus tape saturation here and there. The rendered MP3 file was rendered at -13 LUFS. PS: I used Duran Duran's Electric Barbarella as a reference mix. I'd love to hear some feedback. Thanks RE: first practice mix - crownoise - 30-03-2018 hey man nice mix Could be a bit more prominent sidechannels, but that might just be me |
