My interpretation of "Way Of Life" - davemcg61 - 10-02-2018

Cool tune that practically mixed itself. Had to get some crash and splash cymbals under control, thus Mix2. No artificial presence exciter necessary. Thanks again to the band for allowing education and experimentation from their music.

Updated 3/8/2018 with punchier drums and better vocal EQ among other stuff.

Thanks, Kirk. I'm sure my primary problem was under compressing in the mix, and then over compressing in the mastering stage. Now I'm getting better compressor settings in the mix, and using Waves SSL only, set at 2:1 with the threshold keeping 3dB or less GR.
