My first shot at this one - kjedrusiak - 07-01-2018

I liked it a lot even without the vocals.

Critiquing my own mix...on cheesy headphones...

Rhythm guitar parts are two far out in the stereo spread.

Solo electric can be a tad lower so you can still here the acoustic behind it.

Kick can come down a bit too.

Hi there
The 2bus comp/lim pump
That Can work for the mix
As it is not the case Here you should turn it off and repost
What I Can hear sounds Well balanced and eq’d but its all destroyed by the smashed dynamics

I Would suggestion you only compres when it suite a purpose
There are no rules, and as such no rule evrything should be processed
This song needs minimum of eq and comp as its already produced in the stems
Keep em comin

Thanks...yes, I did squash it a lot. Will back it off and change the minor things that I heard. Re-post when I can.

Found an errantly loud tom. Narrowed the spread a little. Boosted the acoustic during the solo just a hair. Took out a LOT of the compression.
