Some Thrashy Thrash Mixbus mix - Pro-doucher - 07-09-2017 Hello there Prodoucher here. I like the variety of mixes on this forum some people going for ultra modern to oldschool thrash. Heres a quick mix I've put together using Harrison Mixbus. I thought I'd try to mix a bit of both old style and modern, trying to create the atmospheric vibe of old thrash with a bit a contemporary balls. I didn't do any crazy parallel compression or sophisticated tricks like that, just did a little EQ and a little automation. I used BIAS for the amp sounds but I am no tone wizard! I literally went for the plexi amp and turned the knobs all the way up! m/ Hope you guys like it. I'm pretty new to this so any advice or thoughts is welcome. MIX ON! RE: Some Thrashy Thrash Mixbus mix - M.U.Y.A - 09-09-2017 I am enjoying all the variety too dig your room sound on the guitars tails are spot on think the solo might stand out more if you shelved some low end? |
