Duty & Memories-Yoshi-Mix - Yoshi Nishikawa - 15-06-2017 I do not yet understand the music of Hard Rock. I have mixed for study. 1tr 1st impression 2tr 2nd impression I would be happy if I entered the world of hard rock one step I may be in a different direction I will study more Thank you for listening RE: Duty & Memories-Yoshi-Mix - Roy - 15-06-2017 You left out the drum loops. I'm assuming that's on purpose. Overall it feels good but not right. If that makes sense. It needs a bigger snare. The toms sound great. The Kick works though sometimes it disappears into the mix. But the sound of the kick feels good. The Bass sounds good. The guitars feel a little small. It sounds ok but I think the thing to keep in mind with stuff like hard rock and metal is most of the time you need to go 'big' and 'epic'. I don't think the mix is far off but doesn't fit the style. But you're getting there.
