Japan Song ( my first post) - AGS - 17-04-2017 Hi, this is my mixdown for this song. I hope I get some advice on improving my work. ( excuse me if I'm wrong to write in English, I'm Italian ) RE: Japan Song ( my first post) - Mrjoe01 - 19-06-2017 Wow you completely changed the feel of the song- feels like something I would hear by a young rock group in Britain. I like it. Song is very boxy (feels like the guitars and drums are in a box)- I like it because it allows the vocals to be the lead. I feel like the song is playing in a radio behind the lead vocal- it is very interesting RE: Japan Song ( my first post) - AGS - 29-07-2017 (19-06-2017, 02:17 AM)Mrjoe01 Wrote: Wow you completely changed the feel of the song- feels like something I would hear by a young rock group in Britain. The boxy sound was a mistake hehe I tried to emphasize the scratchy voice, looking for a tougher sound RE: Japan Song ( my first post) - AGS - 22-05-2018 A year later I looked for another approach to mixing. I tried to fix beginner mistakes. I hope I managed to improve the mix |
