Who's who in hell modern metal mix - nnxfray - 01-03-2017 Hey guys. here's my take on this mix. Did it in 3 hours. Let me know what you think and feel free to give me as much shit as you want enjoy RE: Who's who in hell modern metal mix - LeadProductions - 18-03-2017 hey man, all in all it´s a good mix, but the screams should have more place in the frequency spectrum, the guitars swallow a lot of em. second part is your snare, which has too much hall but this is a thing of taste RE: Who's who in hell modern metal mix - tubby98 - 21-03-2017 (01-03-2017, 12:53 AM)nnxfray Wrote: Hey guys. i Agree the guitars really need to be tamed.. Maybe ad a high pass and low pass filter too them? overall i liked this mix RE: Who's who in hell modern metal mix - wesleyamltd - 31-03-2017 (01-03-2017, 12:53 AM)nnxfray Wrote: Hey guys. Overall pretty dope mix. The bass drops are kind of weak and don't need to everywhere. (they lose their affect that way) I like Periphery too but the snare is acting more like a lead instrument than a supporting one in this mix. Although your snare is badass but it sound out of place. The vocals are disemboied from the mix because they are so tight and clean. I think the guitars fine maybe bring them down 3 to 6 db. The lead guitars get lost in the mix. This song requires a lot of automation on everything, if you want to invest the time in doing that, I did. Bass guitar sounds great, good job. Yeah dude its pretty solid. I hope this was helpful, cheers. |
