i used a lot of UAD stuff on here (1176, La2a, SSL G Comp, Vari Mu, EMT 140, Cooper Time Cube, farchild stuff)

what are your desert island UAD plugs and what have you found replacement/alternate plugs for?

That's a record! Sounds great. The 'Don't' at 1:54 almost sneaks through the limiter. I have never used UAD but my producer friend keeps telling me to get them. Are the UAD really that much better?

I really dig them. I enjoy learning the different workflows of these classic units (even if they are emulations). Plenty of people swear by waves or slate but I like the scalability of the UAD platform and the quality of the plugins enough to keep buying them, only on sale though haha
