FourGrahamMix - Konek - 13-08-2016

Great songSmile
I tried to use Blink-182 as a reference.

Second version with little changesBig Grin

RE: FourGrahamMix - Busoni - 13-08-2016

Okay! I think it is overall still pretty rough, but the idea is good.

The guitars are too much, but the direction itself can work! Keep this idea with really sharp guitars, but don't overdo it, it doesn't fit to the overall sound. We have a chorus and more introverted vocals in the middle, that's where the guitars seem completely out of place. The parallel compression from drums and whatever you have behind it is too much. It sounds a little wonky too, because it isn't affecting the guitars at all. Also watch your vocal compression, it sounds a little unadjusted. The hall is good.

The vocals also need a little more body, if you want to make the guitars so sharp. I'd even suggest to pull back the guitars quite a lot, since they are rather uninteresting, except for the solo parts. Even Blink-182 have a very vocal-focused sound with choruses.
