Hi Rick

Thanks for mixing the track ! I had fun listening to your guitar additions as well. Harmony parts too. I liked many of your level decisions - seemed like a good balance of the elements.

I have a couple of
The drums seem to have some kind of slapback on them - notably snare/kick/toms. Was this intentional? It may be a taste comment, but it distracts a bit from the impact I think.

EQ balance - overall the low end felt light. If you look at MikeS's approach to the bass in the Mix Rescue article (March 2015), that may help you out. Since you are a Cubase user, you may want to try downloading and checking out the actual Cubase project from Mike on this site - I have learned a ton from the project file itself.

Thomas, thank you for all your comments. I tried to bring up the low end, and lessen the delay on the drums. I would like to hear if you think it improved.
