Daisy, Daisy (discussion points inside!) - arrow_why - 20-06-2016
Hi! First time posting here. You will find me posting on this forum a lot more since I want to seriously improve my mixing. Anyway! This is my take on Daisy, Daisy. Limited myself to just EQ, Compression and some Delay since that's what I felt the song needed.
A couple of points that I want to get out there:
- I still have trouble mixing bass and getting it nice and thick and consistent
- (maybe related to first one) I'm mixing exclusively on headphones since I can't afford a pair of monitors nor do I have the space as of the moment.
- I feel like the mix sounds too thin overall so do tell me what you guys think!
