Lead Inc - The Dice - pedder123 - 28-03-2016 Hey guys, Definitely one of my favourite tracks on this site. This is the first mix I've done on my new monitors, so it's probably all over the place. (That's my excuse anyways) Any and all feedback appreciated. Cheers! Mick RE: Lead Inc - The Dice - thedon - 28-03-2016 Hey Mick I like your mix ,sounds pretty good . It's late here (down under) so listening on headphones Hd 600's. The bottom in the centre channel sounds a touch full in the low frequencies ,and in the side channels can hear some bottom end with the bass ,kick and guitars a touch loud. Just Some personal thoughts while listening . Good job Cheers Don RE: Lead Inc - The Dice - pedder123 - 28-03-2016 Cheers Don. I'm from down under too! (Melbourne) Yeh, I thought the guitars were a bit loud after listening to some other mixes on here as well. RE: Lead Inc - The Dice - wurstdrummer - 31-03-2016 Yep, the low end is a bit too heavy and you should check your mastering settings; the whole mix is pumping with the compression, you notice it especially on the overheads. I think the backings are a bit loud, but I don't like my vocals anyways so that's a matter of taste, haha. Keep it up! |
