Hold on You Mix - basschneider - 28-01-2016

Hey guys,

Here is my mix. Here is what i did:
For the drums i only used the OH and kick-back track. Compression on the drumbuss. On the bass i used Soundtoys Radiator to give it a bit more bite, and compression. Both the guitars just have some EQ.
Vocal has some compression and EQ. I tried not to use too much reverb on the vocals, only a touch of ambience (Lexicon PCM Room plugin on Ambience setting) to let it sit in the mix. I used that ambience also for all guitars and drums to put them all in the same space.
Slide has a bit of delay (soundtoys Echoboy) and i used some sidecomp to duck it a couple of dB during vocals.
Using the Massey L2007 plugin on the masterbus to bring it up to level.
