Milk Cow Blues - First mix ever - pacifictheme - 07-10-2015 Hey guys, I've been getting a lot more interested in the idea of mixing recently so I decided to give this a shot. I stumbled across this website and became very excited as it seems like an invaluable resource. Anyway, here is my first attempt at mixing. I figured this would be a good song to start with as it does not have many tracks and all of the tracks seem pretty straight forward. I would love some feed back from any and everyone, so please comment and share your thoughts. Thanks guys, hoping this becomes a more regular thing, again all feedback is greatly appreciated! RE: Milk Cow Blues - First mix ever - hurling - 03-11-2015 The vocal seems back a couple of db and the guitar solo is also back a little in mix. Nice balance through most of the track with the instruments. Your drums work for me. I also like the dobro. RE: Milk Cow Blues - First mix ever - pacifictheme - 03-05-2016 Thanks a lot for your input, I realized the vocals we low after I uploaded it, rookie mistake I guess haha. Anyway I uploaded a new attempt on this thread so you should check it out and let me know what you think! Thanks again |
