Hi there, just a few suggestions:
- you may be under-hearing the bass frequencies in your monitoring: the bass (and a little less the kick) is maybe too loud.
- the main vox is definitely loud also for a lead vox prominent mix. In addition some details like loud breath, and clear lips and tongue movements may suggest overcompression. Main vox is also much louder than choir voices as well.
- compared to the crisp rimshot, the snare shot looks to be lacking a little thickness.
