Flesh and Bone by Draper - loweche6 - 17-07-2015 Back to Reaper while I wait for my mixbus 3 to start working. I drew on the song Pony by Tom Waits for the feel of the track. I like the intimacy I achieved. Thoughts? Draper P.S. I left in the ambient noise, also in the vein of the Mule Variations album RE: Flesh and Bone by Draper - thedon - 17-07-2015 Beautiful Intimate balanced mix Draper . I'm thinking of downloading the tracks and having a try of this lovely song soon and hopefully can do as good job ,so take my observations with a grain of salt ,just some personal thoughts and ideas while listing on monitors ,can hear some bottom end resonances and a sounds touch heavy by a couple of db in the bass around 65-100hz and also the vocals around 115-140 hz . I like the mellow electric, I can imagine the accordion player a touch more in the background ,a touch more top end plucking of the guitar acoustic stings would sound lovely . Good job ! |
